Selected Parts of the Construction Technology Project for an Apartment Building in Kroměříž

In my master’s thesis, I deal with the preparation and implementation of selected parts of the construction technology project of an apartment building in Kroměříž. It is a non-basement building with 5 above-ground floors. The content of my master’s thesis is the preparation of a technical report for a construction and engineering project, a coordination situation with the solution of closer traffic relations, an assessment of the route of the tower crane, the object's time and financial plan, calculation according to THU, a study of the implementation of the main technological stages of the construction object, a construction site equipment project, which contains a technical report of the construction site equipment for rough construction and finishing works, as well as drawings for the given stages, a design of the main construction machines and mechanisms, a time schedule, an itemized budget for selected parts of SO 01.4, a technological regulation for the ETICS insulation system, a technological regulation for the installation of windows. Control and test plans were drawn up for both technological regulations. Furthermore, in my diploma thesis, there are catchment systems of flat roofs and the blow-door test.

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on building technology upper stage of construction site of a residential building in Ševětín. It deals with technical Reports, technological methods of construction, the report also contains technical Reporst of building equipment, schedule, design of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, safety, and finally comparing different ways of walling.

Realization of the top rough construction of a residential building Valtice

The subject of this thesis is to address the technological upper stage of construction site of a residential building in Valtice particular proposal technological process for the realization of supporting structures. This involves the vertical and horizontal construction made the building system Velox, which uses štěpkocementové boards for the creation of permanent formwork. In the technological regulations are handled during construction practices and policies for compliance with safety at the construction site. The work also includes a proposal building equipment, machinery, develop a timetable, inspection and test plan and building system Velox compared with the system Porotherm in economic terms, time and heating technology.

The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is the technological construction solution of the rough upper construction of the residential building in Brno at Družstevní street. The bachelor’s thesis consists of a different technological solutions and principles. Further contains basic characteristics, calculations and schematics needed for coordination, mechanization and necessary equipment of construction zone. To secure necessary amount of time and financial sources, theres detailed item costing and suitable time planning. Due to high need of quality there is also chapters dedicated to this topic.

Preparation for rough superstructure recreational facility in Zlin

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the recreational resort. Bachelor thesis includes technological regulation for masonry and layout of ceiling Spiroll panels, next is the project of the machine set, the inspecting and testing plans, BOZP, the budget and the time table of the whole phase. I also worked out the technical report of the building site facilities including drawings needed.

Implementation of the gross superstructure of a residential building in Brno, Sochorova

The subject of my bachelor thesis is construction technological solution of the rough upper construction realization of the appartment building in Brno at Sochorova street. Part of my work is the technology of each construction realization by the technological regulation. Regarding the time and financial flows schedule of the construction realization is drafted as well as its itemized budget. Due to the high demands at quality and safety of the construction realization there are also chapters on these aspects. This thesis is partly based on project documentation, which was provided by an architectural company.
